ATTENTION STUDENTS — The Secure Payment Portal at TouchNet has moved to Single Sign On (SSO) to enhance security. The change will require you to enter your NetID and Password into the standard SSO login screen before accessing TouchNet. If you need assistance related to a Student Accounts Office question (tuition/fee charges, payment information, 1098-T), your first stop is the Mason Student Services Center . The MSSC team is cross trained to provide help to new and continuing students on matters related to billing, as well as registration, enrollment, financial aid, academic records and other student support services. MSSC services are available on both a walk-up and virtual basis. For more information, please select how you would like to be serviced below: Virtual Services In-Person Services Cashier’s Office: The Cashier’s Office is no longer accepting cash payments. Students are encouraged to make payment online through our Bill & Payment System. For those not able to make payment online, please visit here for additional payment method options. Cashier’s Office Relocation The Cashier’s Office has relocated into the Student Accounts Office suite in SUB 1, #1600. #1600 is located across from the Mason Student Services Center. The drop box for the Cashier’s Office is located in the niche near the entry/exit doors of the building. Campus maps and signage will be updated through the appropriate channels. Important Information: All semester bills will be provided electronically. Monitor your GMU email account for notices regarding eBills, which will be available through the Bill and Payment System. Students must check Patriot Web for balance due, verify registration, and pay through [ Bill+Payment for Students ] or [ Bill+Payment for Authorized Users ] by the due date listed. If you receive the warning ‘A system error occurred, ’ message, do NOT reattempt the transaction until you contact your financial institution. Tuition rates are available in the Tuition & Fees tab.
